@sysop408@sfba.social i learned from an early job. take the first package offered and the first layoff wave. no one else will get as much, the company is in a dive. it won't be fun for anyone left and they'll never have the cash for decent packages again for anyone other than the top execs. we work in a really fucked up industry...
