I rode my bike in the nasty malls and parking lots and hotels part of town to go to Costco and Lowe's. Twice I was hailed by folks from the college ;) the second one helped me figure out which parking lot would get me to Lowe's. And the hails were connected hails. "Where's your water????" with a laugh.... and "You're supposed to be at Parkland" also laughing. Little connections are a delight.
