Scorchio! This super El Niño is frightening. It's an unpredictable cycle between 3 and 7 years. We have only just passed a solar maximum (an 11 year cycle) in 2025. That in conjunction with global warming is enough to make conditions here in the UK 'orrible. The strange thing this year is the sea breeze seems to have stalled (I am right on the beach in SE England) The temperature of the North Sea is about 17.6°C here i.e. freezing! What caused the jet stream to split and the "high" to stall over Europe? The weather forecasts have been really useful and very accurate. Does anybody have an expert analysis
