There is no doubt that #Russia can match the technical competence of #Ukraine when it comes to making sinister missiles but surely #Putin must now accept that, in the context of modern weapons, it is not possible to march into a rival capital and install a new regime. Even if an economy is ruined, clever weapons don't cost much and don't require huge factories. The difference between the two factions is 1) Ukraine knows it is at war 2) Russia is just finding out This surely must be the beginning of the end!
