Don't be duped by the blank weather radar #ottawa. The weather pattern today is much like yesterday, the storms have just faded in the relatively cool morning. They just barely vanished at 10am from yesterday. But its unlikely to be a repeat of 110mm, that really needed a precise alignment and timing of repeat popups right over Ottawa.
