Letter to Liberal MP Mike Kelloway: Dear Mike Kelloway, "Dismay" is not a strong enough word to describe my feelings at Mark Carney's announcement that Canada will INCREASE our carbon emissions in the next few years. I called him murderous in an email before, and increasing Canada's emissions is *murderous*. If Mark Carney doesn't understand it, maybe *you* do, as someone who needs a livable climate: we CANNOT continue to be the climate villains. It is despicable. Regards, Marc Godin
