The Alberta Legislature on Canada Day. This is MY Canada, so diverse and inclusive! All the people I keep hearing "don't belong" are here donning red and maple leaf motifs, speaking many languages which I don't need to undersrand, wearing the trappings of many cultures and religious practices. This October 19th, your Alberta government wants you to vote on referendum questions to strip many of these people (all of the non-colonial immigrant groups) of their place in Alberta, and the supports they need to survive here, even public healthcare and education!
