A very enjoyable tromp along the #canal this evening, cut short because swans have nested under one of the bridges, and have cygnets.* They nest here most years and we will usually walk past giving a wide berth, but not while they have babies in the nest. I'm not risking a broken arm just for a walk. 😉 *spelling corrected.
