The reason there are no more good ideas in tech is that every office has these "low odor" whiteboard markers. Ten years ago, every Design Thinking session participant was way more creative because they were strung out on marker fumes.

@PavelASamsonov@mastodon.social also: 3M began using a non-hallucinogenic glue in the post-its that really made for stale Synthesis Meetings after research. You had to lick the old Post-its to get them to stick

@PavelASamsonov@mastodon.social in my early sw career we still had actual blackboards and chalk of various colors. When the white boards came in, invariably, a manager would use a Sharpie (permanent) on them.
