@toddbuddy@4bear.com @donaldham@mstdn.social It’s been well established in real estate promotion for decades now—one of the only local architects with serious cachet who gets name-checked in listings. Anyone being shown the house will be told about the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Theme building at LAX, etc. Everyone may not appreciate it, but I guess what I’m saying is that the education is ongoing. If anything, what it hopefully does is attract the right buyer rather than dissuading the wrong buyer from tearing it down.
