Per the Illinois Lt Governor. New trans positive laws in Illinois include: 1. Removing testosterone from its list of controlled substances (hb 4834). 2. Enshrines self selection process for gender markers on State IDs & drivers licenses. (Hb 5095). 3. Requires insurance companies to cover up to six months of prescribed hormone therapy. (Hb 5492). Go Illinois. Makes me more committed to move there!
