@iris@neuromatch.social - Oh, it's very simple. It's a bowflex xtreme 2 SE Home gym. Compact and lets me do all my upper body workouts while seated or upright. It does let me do cable leg workouts as well (squats, deadlifts, etc. I never do leg curls or extensions. Terrible for my knees). Most of my lower body workouts are hiking and walking. I have some dumbbells and steel clubs for mobility and joint exercises as well. The bowflex has a max weight resistance of 200 lbs which is plenty for me. It doesnt take up a lot of room and the big thing for me is I can do the workouts upright (being prone is not good for me, weird circulatory system) with steady but gentle resistance. I love benchpresses and free weights but I need a spotter as when my joints fatigue they dislocate. See also laying down being bad 😅
