Today’s brewing was challenging for the complexity of a West Coast IPA, and coaching my young assistant on how to think 3 moves ahead. There is room for improvement as the practice of thinking 3 days ahead is not something which many come to naturally. And so I am worn out after thinking and acting for 2. Oh and I foolishly agreed to take someone to the airport at 3am. (Sung to the tune of Christine Lavin: “what was I thinking?!”)
