@ewenmcneill@cloudisland.nz @nzlemming@mastodon.nz That search I gave Mark was showing things as far back as November 2022 on the first page of results which, I think, was before Mastodon became text searchable.

@juliaclement@mastodon.nz @nzlemming@mastodon.nz yes, November 2022 is definitely before the baked in search. I do remember various “side add on” search attempts before Mastodon officially gave in and baked search into the main product as an option (about 12-18 months ago).
