Went to the Royal #Alberta Museum in downtown #yeg yesterday. It was pouring rain, so we opted to take the pedways. There was NO signage indicating that the pedway to the museum is closed - it is still marked with signs indicating Museum. Had to backtrack out into the rain, and cross across construction to get to the museum.

2/ Upon leaving and heading back to our car, discovered the city hall parkade was locked - well within posted operating hours, again with no signage indicating they are locked or how else to access the parkade. Went back up to main level, found security guard who said it's "locked for visitor safety". Instead we had to go INSIDE city hall (which I thought was kept locked down due to past security incidents). #yegdt is NOT welcoming, and I used to love downtown. 😞
