I’m in the market for a new TV and honestly, it’s annoying that I can’t just buy a non-smart one with a good picture and decent audio.
I’m always using either my Apple TV or Switch 2. I don’t need apps or any other “smart” features.
Just give me a decent screen with HDMI CEC and ARC.

@simonbs@mastodon.social am in the same boat. Very interested in your finding :-) wouldn’t mind an alternative for the Apple TV. But finding it hard due to streaming services. The speed of the Apple TV when booting up and such is key.
