@Ex_spurt@aus.social @randahl@mastodon.social Oh yeah. My husband and I went out to dinner with a couple of people this week and they were complaining bitterly about gas prices. The hub and I exchanged glances and said nothing ... we are a two-EV family.

@PamelaBarroway@mstdn.social @randahl@mastodon.social amazing that us EV owners feel it would be disingenuous to point it out. When I bought my EV five years ago I had no end of friends and even strangers openly critisise my choice, the car, my logic for buying one (drives better and cheaper to run). Now apparently I'm the Ahole if I bring any of that up?
