Just get the air moving is what I'm saying. Get them moving. If it's still hot, then it's time to get out and find a tree shade to chill at, while bringing a fan to circulate the air. That's one of my backup plans. AC feels really good but when you get out of the place that has AC, you'll immediately feel the heat covering your entire body If tree shade isn't working and there's literally no natural wind blowing, then it's time to uhh.. walk to the mall and chill there. Malls have AC.

  • Some don't but instead have shades and trees placed around If malls ain't a thing or it's too far, those hardware stores with a big ass ceiling fan could work. Just pretend you're browsing in either of those places, look "busy" so people don't bother you But seriously I just adapted to the heat. It took some years and I actually got sunburnt without even having direct sunlight exposure but if you think your body can handle it, take it as a challenge but don't forget water. Always drink water.
