If malls ain't a thing or it's too far, those hardware stores with a big ass ceiling fan could work. Just pretend you're browsing in either of those places, look "busy" so people don't bother you
But seriously I just adapted to the heat. It took some years and I actually got sunburnt without even having direct sunlight exposure but if you think your body can handle it, take it as a challenge but don't forget water. Always drink water.

Also your comfort level. It's as important as water. Some people have very different levels of comfort. I don't like anything below 15C but some people like below 15C. 20 - 32C is my sweet spot for comfort but some people might find anything above 25 - 30C too hot. And yes more fans isn't gonna work cos I don't have money I can comfortably spend anymore
