I don't know who needs to hear it on this #PrideMonth, but here we go:
If you've had top surgery but lost mobility and feel tightness, in most cases know it's never too late to regain it.
I lost quite a lot back then, didn't get physiotherapy post surgery because it was uncommon back then.
The work I've done years later has unlocked my shoulders, back + chest mobility better than it used to be. Didn't do much, mostly chest-opening slow moves but regularly. 1/2

However, if you're in a country facing heatwaves, I discourage you to start any training now. Just posted this now because I was thinking about it, but please stay safe. If/when you start, make sure to do each move correctly and slowly. Don't neglect breathing when you do, it plays a major role. And friendly reminder: don't forget that you have to drink more if you're on testo HRT too! 2/2 #Transmasc #NonBinary #Intersex
