However, if you're in a country facing heatwaves, I discourage you to start any training now. Just posted this now because I was thinking about it, but please stay safe.
If/when you start, make sure to do each move correctly and slowly. Don't neglect breathing when you do, it plays a major role.
And friendly reminder: don't forget that you have to drink more if you're on testo HRT too!

As long as I'm on it, here's how it got into my mind. I was just thinking about my top surgery recovery journey, as it's been over eight years and a half now since I've had my peri-aerolar. About two years post op, I still didn't have much feelings back, but this came back too over the years. Training mobility helped it too, and I didn't start exercising before at least 5 years post op. Don't lose hope, and feel free to reach out if you need. #Transmasc
