My wife sent me this because she knows how small details like this annoy me. I'm not OCD (or at least I've never been diagnosed as OCD). I get the joke, and it's funny, but I think it's fake. If it were me, that backwards pill would have been the first one out of the pack. It's center aligned, so it would have come cleanly out of the package without messing up the order. The second one would have been the other middle, and then work my way outwards until the only pills left are the outsides.
