This is the kind of person who hopes they'll be admired for their "above the fray" superior moral stance. He literally uses the expression "both sides." I wonder how many letters he wrote to the Guardian condemning Russia's unprovoked and illegal attack, kidnapping of children, execution of POWs, indiscriminate bombing, torture, etc? No one is fooled.
