Socialism is retarded, but I think you are somewhat correct.
Mostly it's the changing demographics though. New voters need new directions, and what the Dems and Pubs were doing hasn't worked for them or possibly no one.
Democracies only last a couple centuries. Tick-tock.

@deathmetal@metalhead.club Socialism is retarded? It's bad enough that you used the word "retarded", a word that I hate, but do you even know what socialism is? It's owning the means of production instead of the rich owners, it's making sure everyone has a roof over their heads, it's food on every table, it's well-paying jobs for all, it's education for all, it's healthcare for all, and I can go on and on. So, what is it about socialism that you find "retarded"?
