@deathmetal@metalhead.club Socialism is retarded? It's bad enough that you used the word "retarded", a word that I hate, but do you even know what socialism is? It's owning the means of production instead of the rich owners, it's making sure everyone has a roof over their heads, it's food on every table, it's well-paying jobs for all, it's education for all, it's healthcare for all, and I can go on and on.
So, what is it about socialism that you find "retarded"?

@cmccullough@polymaths.social Yes, I know what socialism is: government-controlled "redistribution" of wealth, which naturally saps the generation of wealth. That's why it is retarded. It always fails. In Europe, it took only about a century to bankrupt everyone. It is a death trap like fascism, theocracy, anarchy, etc.
