It's unbelievably tiring when you're trying to take the tiny sliver of opportunity you ever get to explain what's really happening to YOU and you get walloped with heavy unhelpful generalizations just to prove that the other person knows eg that insurance sucks. Ok! I know you know! Stop!

Also not wonderful when someone is going through something and you wallop them with "you can never win/it's so bad/just despair" which to me is the psychological undercurrent of a lot of this and why it bothers me. No dude! Your job should be trying to help someone keep fighting or stfu!
