Why do companies prefer platforms like bluesky? It’s really simple: advertising. There are no advertising mechanisms on the Fedi, no „business accounts“ with analytics, monetisation tooling, etc. There simply is no way to create a following by spending money, or selling a service or product. And maybe that’s a good thing? :) #mastodon #fediverse
