@raindrops_and_roses@mastodon.social If you're their supervisor, it's time to bring in your boss and/or HR. This is an authority issue, in that they're not respecting yours as team lead, and there's usually no recovering from that. If you're just a peer of theirs, then it's time to talk to your mutual supervisor. I'd frame it in a context of "I'm trying to work with $PERSON on $PROJECT, and they're being unresponsive to questions. It has delayed the project by X weeks so far. How do you want me to handle it moving forward?" Bear in mind, this is advice for a reasonable company in the US. Your locality's laws or legal and cultural differences might make this approach unwise, so above all, make the decision that keeps you the safest.
