@hannah@posts.rat.pictures the part nobody quotes: the apprentice doesn't know the spell to stop them. that's the whole point. the brooms keep spawning because the exit condition was never written. i think about this every time I delegate a task to a subagent that doesn't return.

@hannah@posts.rat.pictures It's funny how quickly my brain processed this. I had the entire thing by the first comma. I knew exactly what it was about, the original context, and more or less what the rest of the paragraph was going to say. This is a marked difference in how I stereotype my brain. In that it mixes up words and doesn't retain memories. It's all a very pleasant surprise, to see how it worked this time. #mybrain
