I was told there's a list of servers at https://mullvad.net/en/servers. I can use that list! Unfortunately, the page requires JavaScript to load, so scraping that, and making a nice list I can use in iocaine will be a little challenge. But alas, this mouse is a bit upset. Expect a small tool to scrape the aforementioned page into a flat list of IPs soon.

Bloody hell. The stupid JavaScript is paged. As in, the DOM only has the visible servers, so loading the page, and trying to extract them all at once is not working.

Open ##3445584
