No farmers' market flowers today - we're in #WNC for the annual gathering of the Friends of the Mountains to Sea Trail.
On our way out to Asheville, we swung by Linville Gorge to scout the Spence Ridge trail and look for the spring at Table Rock, in advance of hopefully going backpacking and climbing out there next week...
The trail was thronged with wild azaleas and irises - an extra joy in a lovely hike!
