I’m not sure it was ever true, and it should have been clear at least a year ago, but *now* surely it must be glaringly obvious now to anyone that the USA is no longer a “safe third country” and Canada has an *obligation* to adjust our various laws, policies and agreements to account for this reality. #CdnPoli #USPol https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada–United_States_Safe_Third_Country_Agreement
