Very much an al fresco cooking sorta weather.

Beef, lots of veg, basic soy/shaoxing/oyster sauce, good old garlic & ginger, and mainly celebrating the wonderful seasonal crops of Vietnamese mint, Thai basil, and some coriander. It is my one "cheat meal" of the week so a bit of a luxury not having to weigh it all and keep it very simple, plus a pile of rice!
