Some more keyboard refactoring - there's actually an enum of supported keys now.
This also allowed to do a few things that GDK keyvals alone can't - like distinguishing the left and right backslashes on ISO keyboards.
Unfortunately I had to go back to always showing QWERTY keys in the controls overlay - because it wasn't just showing the correct keys for AZERTY, but also for ЙЦУКЕН. We want only the former - all cyrillic keyboards come with latin layout as well and it's expected that it shows latin, so...
What I could do is map the Z key and check all groups to see if the result is latin. If it's Z - it's QWERTY, if it's Y, it's QWERTZ, if it's W, it's AZERTY. If it's anything else - we treat it as QWERTY. Then we remember which group it is and use that for all of the labels.
This is messy as it would not work with custom layouts like dvorak etc, but honestly people using it will know how to map it to qwerty anyway

Meanwhile, I figured out what was broken in melonDS so it's back to main. Unfortunately, it also broke savestate compatibility from introducing HLE DSP. And a few more adjustments in the TV filter as usual :neocat_googly_woozy:
