Meanwhile, I figured out what was broken in melonDS so it's back to main. Unfortunately, it also broke savestate compatibility from introducing HLE DSP.
And a few more adjustments in the TV filter as usual :neocat_googly_woozy:

We're really tired this week because of paperwork, so I just did a bunch of refactoring instead - in particular, platforms are defined in a much cleaner way now, if more verbose.
