And now combining both branches.
The blur branch should be ready, but this is still steam deck. The next step is to finally replace my laptop fan and test there.

Ok, so after testing it on the laptop: it is slow, but I was able to optimize it (via downscaling) and it's significantly faster now, and looks pretty much the same. So - it's in main now.
