two acceptable but not well considered consequences of my decision to embrace the radical wasm potato minspec:
1) this is probably how i'm going to end up become one of those people who has a collection of quirky old telephones
2) i'm going to have to figure out how to add touch screen and keyboard controls for the game i'm making which is intended to have very analog controls (specifically: what if a racing game made you operate a clutch)

https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@aeva/116814363698646279 ok so this is broken on GTX and RTX series nvidia cards, on any OS, so it's probably something with the cards themselves or the stock drivers what it looks like to me is when I draw the same sprite at the exact same location, what is happening instead is it gets jittered, and thus the dither effect which is supposed to be invisible most of the time is in fact very visible because the pixel positions are not lining up between the two.
