Ah you have to laugh where you can. My mum died in the night, not unexpected. Dad and I went to the funeral director early today. The funeral director had fabulous black boots on (which I pointed out to her in case she hadn't noticed 😄). She said they were from Next, I said they'd prob be too narrow for me, and the other woman there sympathised and said her feet were so wide she was better off with the box! I'm not sure this was the chat my father expected from the funeral director 😄
