@beeps@social.beeps.gay heat stroke victims may be confused or incapable of seeking or reaching help, so be prepared to render first aid and find help for them. Get them to shelter or shade, lie them down in a cool / low a place as possible (hot air rises) and help them hydrate. A cold bath or shower can help lower core temp quickly. Keep their skin wet and prioritize cooling their head, neck, armpits, and groin with water, ice, cold packs, damp towels, anything available.
