@hakan_geijer@kolektiva.social I don't disagree that it's not a diagnostic criteria, but it sure seems to be a possible symptom, and one that is clearly indicative of a severe issue. Like how weird lumps on your breasts aren't a requirement for you to have breast cancer, but are a pretty good sign that something might be wrong.
