@culturednyc@mastodon.social so, to slightly hijack this thread, how/how much do folks notate on sheet for performance? i do a lot of pencil for dynamics changes, "look up at conductor" at key spots. i also usually need to highlight in colors for meter/key changes, accidentals i keep getting wrong, reminders of where to go back to on D.S. al, etc. always had pencil and 2-3 colors of highlighters for paper. forscore seems to handle all this nicely.
