I went with a happy orange floral pattern for today's #inkyDays drawing. For the first time, I've also written down a simple formula to express the growth pattern of each ring of petals. It's been in my mind all along. For some reason, I thought folks might be interested in it today.

Today, I decided to play with n = 3i + 3. It makes the flower a bit more crowded, but still nice. Also, I finished this piece on watercolor paper. I tested three different inks for writing the simple equation and values around the edge of the flower. I hope somebody likes these, because I'm having fun with them.
