Today is election day in Denmark, and I started it with an easy morning run.

A morning tempo run. As Copenhagen Marathon is now in the near future (#CPH42 in 44 days), I train keeping on even when it is hard. So today, I consistently pushed for a higher effort than what I would usually do and what felt most comfortable. No surprise: this was challenging. But it was also managable, and the fundamentals prove to be strong. Distance: 12.07k Pace: 5'17" #running #MastoRunDK #EveryRunHasAPurpose
