Except for the last .5k, this was a very restrained and easy morning run.
Not much to say. Sometimes a run is just a run.

It is a cold morning (I could see my own breath), and as I could not get to my running jacket, this turned into an improvised tempo run - simply to stay warm. Not exactly the easy last run before *the big one* I had planned for, but it was nice anyway. Now: hot chocolate, oatmeals, and tapering. Have a great day, everyone.
