It is a cold morning (I could see my own breath), and as I could not get to my running jacket, this turned into an improvised tempo run - simply to stay warm. Not exactly the easy last run before *the big one* I had planned for, but it was nice anyway.
Now: hot chocolate, oatmeals, and tapering.

Never meet you heroes, they say. Well, about that... I just met @coachbennett@mastodon.online at the #CPH42 expo!!! I am truly happy for meeting one of my heroes, and grateful. This was a surprisingly emotional moment for me. Thank you, Coach.
