Solrød Rundt half-marathon done.
I knew the course like the back of my hand, and this was a nice race. However, because of the heat and humidity I had to put in a bit more work than usually; this wasn't exactly easy #running (but it wasn't too bad either). I enjoyed it, and it was fun to race the roads I run all the time.
All in all, I had a blast. (And my daughter crushed it on the 3k!)
Distance: 21.1k
Pace: 5'36" (official time-keeping)

21 laps of easy running - where I just turned the brain off and only focused on the lap I was doing. Toward the end, though, I did increase the pace just for fun. This was nice. I could use a cold drink now. Distance: 8.46k Pace: 5'27" #running #MastoRunDK #EveryRunHasAPurpose
