21 laps of easy running - where I just turned the brain off and only focused on the lap I was doing. Toward the end, though, I did increase the pace just for fun.
This was nice. I could use a cold drink now.

Today, I broke in a new pair of shoes. These are Nike Vomero Plus, and their are ... weird. They are "tuned for maximum cushioning" - which means they are super wobbly compared to my old Pegasus 41s. I guess they will take some time to get used to. This run was an improvised mix of easy #running and hard fartlek. I wanted to test the shoes. My first impression: they are ok, but I may need a new pair of more "normal" shoes too. Distance: 6.09k Pace: 4'56" #MastoRunDK #EveryRunHasAPurpose
