This esteemed colleague totally doesn't have any biases, a list: - says female candidate couldn't answer technical questions, claims to have notes confirming this - can't give any examples of an unanswered questions when pressed - admits female candidate gave the better presentation, adds she must've had social skills training - says female candidate doesn't have technical research focus, ignores male candidate's focus on very similar topics Nothing to see here!!!
