@fj@mastodon.social yikes. charges customers 1% of the value of the bills it reviews, plus 30% of any refunds recovered.

@flyingpenguin@infosec.exchange if (a big if) they're reporting accurate findings, billing is out by 5%, so they're providing a valuable service to their customers. @fj@mastodon.social
