Once again, critical services used by the human #FreeBSD community are either down, or so degraded they are mostly unusable, by AI scrapers. We're not the only ones! Surely this sort of long-term deliberate *abuse* falls into DDoS attacks? e.g. under CFAA 18 USC 1030 viz https://iclg.com/practice-areas/cybersecurity-laws-and-regulations/usa and similar EU legislation?
